Sue Regan
Sue Regan is Chief Executive. Before joining the Foundation, she was Special Adviser to Rt Hon David Blunkett MP at the Department for Work and Pensions. Prior to that, she was Director of Policy at Shelter and Associate Director and Head of Social Policy at the Institute for Public Policy Research. Sue has also worked as a civil servant at the then Department for Social Security, for Gartmore PLC and was a founding Director of Elevations Ltd, a building renovation company.

Cara Brown
Cara Brown is responsible for press, public affairs and events at the Resolution Foundation. Cara joined the Foundation in October 2007 having previously worked as a Parliamentary Researcher to two MPs and prior to that in the Media and PR team at the Electoral Commission.

Claudia Wood
Claudia Wood is Research and Policy Manager. Prior to joining the Foundation in October 2006, Claudia worked for four years at the Social Market Foundation, an independent public policy think-tank, where she was a Research Fellow specialising in public service reform. She also spent time seconded to the Prime Minister's Strategy Unit working on education policy and has also worked at the Ministry of Defence.

Helen Aynsley
Helen Aynsley is Research and Policy Analyst at the Foundation and co-ordinates the Financial Health Forum. Helen joined the Resolution Foundation in June 2008 having previously worked as part of the Financial Inclusion team at Toynbee Hall. Most recently she was seconded to the Department for Work and Pensions as Stakeholder Manager for London on their national financial inclusion campaign. Helen recently completed her MA in Social Research at Goldsmiths College and focussed her final year dissertation on social capital and the measurement of individual financial inclusion.

Matthew Whittaker
Matthew Whittaker is Senior Economist. He joined the Foundation from the House of Commons, where he worked as a researcher in both the Department for Information Services and the Department for Chamber and Committee Services. He provided economic and statistical advice to individual Members and to a number of select committees, including Treasury, Health and Transport. Prior to that, he was a policy officer at Hurlstons Corporate Consultants, where he specialised in the UK consumer credit market.
