The Resolution Foundation is a research and policy organisation. Our research and policy team works to identify areas where low-to-middle earners (LMEs) currently lose out and then finds solutions that we propose to government or the private sector. We are unable to help LMEs directly but the changes we persuade the government to adopt will help low to middle income households in the future.
