Jayne is responsible for oversight of resources and internal operations, including finance, HR, governance, compliance and logistics. Jayne co-founded the Think Tank Operations Network in 2019, a forum for finance and resources teams to share best practice and work together on cross-sector initiatives. Key activity of the network includes an annual graduate recruitment workshop for students nationwide from groups currently under-represented in the policy-making sector. Jayne undertook a variety of fundraising and managerial roles in the arts & heritage and charity sectors before joining the Foundation in 2008. She is also co-founder and psychotherapist at Wild Counselling and has a PhD in creative writing.
