Mark Lloyd spent a decade working in central government, including at HM Treasury, 10 Downing Street and the Cabinet Office. He has led policy and influencing projects in national and international contexts, including advising African heads of state on economic policy issues.

He is currently Head of Policy at the RSA, where he leads work with local leaders on inclusive growth.
