Elliott joined the Resolution Foundation on secondment from the Bank of England in September 2025 to work on growth and macroeconomic policy. He previously spent two years in the Prudential Regulation Authority’s policy directorate, as well as two years in the civil service in the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. He holds an MSc in Economics and BSc in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from University College London.
