Stephen joined the Resolution Foundation in March 2026. His research focuses on wealth inequality, public investment, and growth and trade policy. He previously worked at the think tank UK in a Changing Europe and The Policy Institute at King’s College London. Stephen holds an MSc in International Social and Public Policy from the London School of Economics.
