Amber joined the Resolution Foundation in May 2026 as a Research Trainee. Her research interests include income, welfare and benefits, and inequality. Prior to joining the Foundation, she worked as a Research Assistant at University College London on large-scale applied research projects. Amber holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bath.
