Emma joined the Resolution Foundation in April 2021. She manages the investment pipeline and Workertech community for Resolution Ventures, the social investment activity of the Foundation with a focus on worker tech.

Prior to joining the foundation, Emma worked for Nesta on their CareerTech funding programme, with a secondment to the strategy department. She also spent three years leading service strategy and scale-up for an education charity. She holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Bristol.
