The Resolution Foundation Commission on Living Standards was launched on Monday 28 February in front of an audience of 200 leading thinkers, journalists, politicians and members of the public. The audience was addressed by Gavin Kelly, Clive Cowdery and Ed Miliband, who gave the keynote speech.
