Jess Bailey

Former Statistical Research Assistant

As Statistical Research Assistant at Resolution Foundation, Jess supported the work of the research and policy team.

As well as assisting the work of the Commission on Living Standards she was responsible for the technical development of the Foundation’s statistical resources. Prior to joining Jess worked in the Research and Evaluation team at the school-based counselling service The Place2Be, and is formally a mixed-methods researcher.

Jess has a Masters in Social Policy and Social Development from the University of Manchester and has a keen interest socio-economics. She has worked in a voluntary capacity in local government, on election campaigns and in the third sector. During this time Jess researched a range of international issues from social housing in the UK to discrimination law in Sierra Leone.
