Felicia joined the Resolution Foundation as an Economist in 2021, focusing on housing. Previously she worked in the civil service on a range of policy areas including housing markets, environmental economics and local government finance.

Felicia also is the Founder of The Black Economists Network (T-BEN), an organisation with global footprint that seeks to support Black Economists and challenge the lack of diversity in economics and related fields. Felicia holds an MSc in Local Economic Development from The London School of Economics.
