Former Resolution Foundation staff member

Emily worked at the Resolution Foundation from March 2022 to October 2025. She has expertise in productivity growth, international trade and UK living standards. Previously she spent several years in finance as a credit risk analyst and sustainability vice president. Emily has an economics and management degree from the University of Oxford and a masters in public policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
